Terry Kelly, M.D.

Dr. Terry Kelly is a native of Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, attending the University of Illinois and graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1984. In 1986, he received a specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, La., and completed a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at M.D. Anderson Hospital and Cancer Institute in 1987. Dr. Kelly is an Instructor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and has been an active staff member at Moffitt Cancer Center since 1987. In 1991, he completed the requirements for board certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, past president of the Florida Prosthodontic Association, and serves on the board of directors for the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
